• The sweet, refreshing scent of citrus (same family as tangerine).
• Relax, sooth and calm restlessness, especially for hyperactivity in children (same as chamomile roman)
• Effective for alleviating nausea & relieving insomnia, being used in hospitals (same as peppermint)
• Very gentle and used with young children and during pregnancy, and used by midwives in the birthing room
• Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or sunlamps for up to 3 hours after use (as pigmentation of the skin may result)

Characteristic & Properties

A light, fruity-citrus aroma which is very balancing, uplifting and calming
Anti-septic, digestive and anti-depressant.
Treat stomach cramps, indigestion, constipation, depression, anxiety, grief, nervousness, PMS, stretch marks in pregnancy and skin conditions such as acne, oily skin, rejuvenation and mature skin.
It is also useful for insomnia (calm), fluid retention, and obesity (massage).

Directions
Multipurpose Liquid (1ml/1ml)
Massage: 4 drops to 10 ml carrier oil
Bath: 5 drops in full drawn bath.
Vaporiser: 9-10 drops in a bowl of vaporizer
Not to be taken. Store below 30˚c
Do not apply directly to skin

Although gentle enough to be used with babies, children and the elderly, care should be taken when using Mandarin essential oil in sunlight due to photo sensitivity potential.
